Get answers to frequently asked support questions about the Learning Center.
- If you require support, you can use the support chat feature on this page or email help@dlglearningcenter.com to create a support ticket.
- If you are getting started and would like to review the basic functions and layout of your account, you can view a brief guide by clicking here.
- Select the “Log In” button on the menu bar.
- Enter your username or registered email and password.
- Select the Log In button underneath the username and password fields.
- If you’ve forgotten your password, you can request a password change.
- Select “Log In” on the main menu bar.
- Once in the login portal, select “Lost Your Password?” under the Log In button.
- Enter your username or email address in the field to send a password reset link to your email.
- If you are unable to access your account with the correct credentials, there may be an issue with browser compatibility.
- Make sure you are using the most up-to-date version of your browser.
- Try switching to a different browser. We recommend using Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Apple Safari, or Mozilla Firefox.
- Once logged in, scroll and hold your mouse over “My Courses” on the menu bar.
- In the dropdown menu, select “Update Profile”, located under “My Profile”.
- Here you can update your name, email address, and set a new password.
- If there is an error in the spelling of your name, contact DLG support staff with the correct spelling and we will adjust it.
- When logged in, scroll and hold the mouse over “My Courses”
- The dropdown allows you to sort your courses by all, not started, in progress, and completed courses.
- You can use the “Select Course Categories” tool to sort available courses as well.
- Once you’ve found the course you’d like to start, select the “Access Training” button.
- Your IT department may be blocking something on our website. Check with DLG support staff and your IT department to resolve this issue.
- When logged in, scroll and hold the mouse over “My Account”.
- In the dropdown menu, select “Certificates” under “Profile” to access your report transcript.
- Your transcript will link every certificate that you’ve earned and reflect your total number of earned credit hours. Certificates will also be available in each completed course page.
- First, check your spam/junk folder for any emails sent through the Learning Center.
- If you have not received any emails, it is likely that the emails are being blocked by a department firewall.
- Check with your IT department to whitelist emails from help@dlglearningcenter.com and the @daiglelawgroup.com domain.
