About this class
The most challenging administrative investigations today involve sexual misconduct, hostile work environment claims and use of force, including officer-involved shootings and in-custody deaths. This program reviews how to conduct those investigations effectively, with proper legal and operational standards.
The focus is a consistent, operationally sound way to investigate serious allegations so they support an effective discipline system, including legal analysis, collecting and presenting evidence, technology, video analysis and testimony preparation.
