Advanced Accreditation Manager Certification

This program will be a 5-day advanced accreditation program. Unlike the Accreditation Manager Certification Program, this course will not be a discussion of the basics such as Standard – Written Directive – Proof which is the basis of the initial program. The Advanced Program will focus on the high-level complex standards and accompanying proofs that many agencies have difficulty demonstrating compliance. With an expert panel of instructors, we will dissect some of the most difficult standards and proofs such as Recruitment Plans; Continuity of Operations Plans, Succession Planning, Workload Analysis, Evidence Inspections, Unusual Occurrence Plans, CIMRS and Citizen Surveys. Upon completion of this program, attendees will have the tools necessary to successfully navigate the most challenging accreditation areas from their Written Directive through the proof – which in many cases here – are substantial, detailed reports and analysis as required by the accreditation standards.
