Getting Started
How to register your agency:
- Sign up to get in contact with us.
- We’ll provide a registration form for you to complete.
- Assign a Group Leader for your agency’s accounts.
- Group Leaders can receive an onboarding demo of our training and features.
- Group Leaders request courses to assign, can manage and add users, and view group progress.
Beginning training:
- Once registered, user are sent a welcome email with login information.
- Users can login and access assigned training from any device.
- Courses are broken down into assignments which track progress.
- Filter through assigned courses by content area and completion status.
Key Features
Certificates and Earned Credits:
- Upon completing a course, users will earn a certificate for the training and credit hours.
- Printable certificates are emailed to both the user and group leader.
- Coming soon: Completed training and earned credit hours will be reflected on a user’s transcript.
Group Leader Accounts:
- Agency Group Leaders can view user course progress in their dashboard.
- Group Leaders can easily add, remove, and upload new users, and promote additional Group Leaders.
- Group Leaders will receive users’ earned certificates via email and through their dashboard.
- Group Leaders will receive Monthly Updates and Quarterly Reports on group progress
