Welcome to the Evolving Technology in Law Enforcement training course. Technology “Evolution-Revolution” is upon us, and its hard to understand what is out there to assist Law Enforcement Investigations. From Video analytics through Ad-Tech, and some in between, we will delve into some innovative software/hardware and talk through how they can work together to add hidden insights to all investigation types. 

This course will also focus on areas including:

  • Unlocking hidden insights through software and hardware solutions

Instructor: Johnmichael O’Hare

Johnmichael O’Hare is the current Sales and Business Development Manager at Cobwebs Technologies. Johnmichael is the former Commander of the Vice, Intelligence, and Narcotics Division for the Hartford Police Department. Prior to that he was the Project Developer for the City of Hartford’s Capital City Command Center (C4), a Real Time Crime Center (RTCC) that reaches throughout Hartford County and beyond. The RTCC provides real-time and investigative back support for Local, State, and Federal Law Enforcement partners utilizing multiple layers of forensic tools, coupled with data resources, and real-time intelligence. Johnmichael is a highly decorated former Gang Intelligence Officer who has transitioned into utilizing my experiences to provide superior technological support to Law Enforcement Officers on the streets.
