Welcome to the Understanding Implicit Bias and Impartial Policing training course. In this course, Attorney Eric Daigle covers implicit bias and how it relates to the basic issues of Fair and Impartial Policing from the organizational, personal, and philosophical perspectives, to the perspective of officer safety. 

This course will also focus on areas including:
