Each module contains multiple courses covering different aspects of these topics. The first module will discuss civil liability at the level of the officer, and then shift to qualified immunity. Fair and impartial policing will address implicit and explicit biases, while the use of force module will cover contemporary issues in force investigation. Search and seizure will wrap up the program with search laws, best practices, and terry stops.
