Meet the Instructor
Eric P. Daigle, Principal Attorney at Daigle Law Group, practices civil litigation in federal and state courts with extensive experience in civil rights, police misconduct, employment actions, and general tort liability. A former Connecticut State Police detective, he now serves nationally as a law enforcement consultant, expert witness, and trainer on use of force, internal affairs, operational management, and constitutional issues. He advises agencies on policy development, compliance, and risk management, and serves on multiple national boards and committees including the IACP, FBI-LEEDA, NIAIA, and NTOA. Attorney Daigle is widely recognized for his expertise in police practices, oversight, and training.
