Welcome to the Crowd Control and the First Amendment training course. This course will provide a high-level overview of the legal standards applicable to the First Amendment and its continued impact on law enforcement. The goal for this module is to provide some operational standards that will assist you in protecting yourself and your department in crowd management situations.
