Lieutenant Kevin F. Dillon (Ret.) is a nationally recognized law enforcement trainer and the creator of the L.O.C.K.U.P.® and L.E.A.D.S.™ programs, with over 25 years of experience in patrol, SWAT, and leadership roles. He has trained more than 50,000 officers across 46 states and four countries and is a 2005 graduate of the FBI National Academy. Lt. Dillon is the recipient of the FBI National Academy Associates Science and Innovation Award and is known for blending tactical experience, legal awareness, and real-world application into practical training for today’s law enforcement professionals.
