Welcome to the Tactical Operations Legal Update training course. This seminar will review the standards and case law applicable to the use of a tactical team and tactical-related issues. The purpose is to identify the current legal challenges and successes directly related to tactical operations and tactical-related equipment. These cases are reviewed for operators and commanders to understand the basis of force decisions and how to meet the constitutional requirements of the Fourth Amendment.
