Individual and team roles and responsibilities are covered, with a focus on the supervisory and officer levels.

Instructor: Attorney Eric P. Daigle
Lieutenant Joseph Celetti is a fourteen-year veteran of the Hampden County Sheriff’s Department in Ludlow Massachusetts. During his first 5 years with the Sheriff’s Department, he had worked all security posts in our Maximum and Medium Security facilities as a Line Staff Correctional Officer. Lt. Celetti holds an Associate of Arts and Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Phoenix. He is a certified Massachusetts Sheriff’s Association (MSA) Defensive Tactics Instructor, Edged Weapons Instructor, Ground Defense Instructor, and an Oleoresin Capsicum Instructor. He is also a certified Massachusetts Municipal Police Training Committee’s (MPTC) Lead Firearms Instructor, American Heart Association CPR/AED Instructor, MSA/MPTC First Responder Instructor, TASER Instructor, and FitForce® Physical Fitness Coordinator. Lt. Celetti has served in the Army National Guard for over 20 years. He currently serves as the First Sergeant for the 972nd Military Police Company.
